  • Authored, fund raised, project-managed, and self-published a picture book for 2-4 year olds. The book,  I’m Jay, Let’s Play, models gender fluidity as a normal and delightful part of the lives of young children.

Personal Safety Skills Workshop Instructor

  • Lead upbeat and emotionally-safe Personal Safety Skill workshops for children and their adults as a certified workshop instructor through the personal safety and abuse prevention organization Kidpower, Teenpower, Fullpower International.

Targeted Total Nanny Benefits Package

  • Regular hourly rate of $30+ per hour

  • Full time position at 40-45 hours/week

  • Taxes filed as a W-2 employee and provided with pay stubs provided for each pay period

  • Guaranteed pay for all regularly scheduled hours

    • I.e.  If the family chooses not to use the nanny’s services for the guaranteed number of hours for any reason, the nanny will still be paid for those hours. Any scheduled hours that Nanny is unwilling or unavailable to work, will not fall under guaranteed hours and will be deducted from Nanny’s PTO or deducted from Nanny’s weekly pay on a per-hour basis.

  • 10+ days of paid sick time annually

  • 10+ days of paid vacation time annually, with at least 5 days to be taken at nanny’s discretion

  • Employer contribution of at least $125 to monthly health insurance premium

  • Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day as paid holidays

  • Annual guaranteed cost of living raise
